FARM-TO-TABLE MEAL PREP

For our final week of February, we'll be featuring some classic comfort foods to lift the spirits and make the body feel good:

  • Polish-style Cabbage Rolls - Bursting with flavor, these tender cabbage leaves are stuffed with minced beef, rice, onion, garlic, parsley and spices, then covered in a umami tomato sauce and baked to perfection. For the vegetarian option, you can swap out the beef with tempeh & mushrooms. We are serving these with a roasted potato and sweet potato medley, plus fermented sauerkraut and a tangy lemon-dill yogurt sauce to make your gut happy.

  • Hearty Stir-Fry - This Cantonese-style stir-fry is brimming with seasonal produce and pasture-raised chicken from Champoeg Farms. The vegetables are lightly cooked to maintain their crunch and vibrant color, and everything is tossed in a flavorful umami-rich sauce with notes of fresh ginger. Vegetarians can swap out the chicken with Ota Tofu. It's served with brown rice with toasted sesame seeds and fresh scallions.

  • Turkey & Butternut Squash Chili - Like a warm hug, this seasonal chili features PNW winter veggies like butternut squash and kale, plus a mouth-watering combination of flavors from cumin, coriander, paprika, cacao powder and a touch of warming cinnamon. It's got a medley of beans, plus pasture-raised ground turkey for those who eat meat (vegetarians can opt to leave this out). We'll be serving it with a delicious and moist gluten-free cornbread.

All meals are cooked fresh on Fridays, with pickup between 4-6pm or delivery to your doorstep between 6-7pm.

    All of our produce comes directly from local farms. By joining our Meal Prep Club, you are also supporting our local area farmers, such as Flying Coyote Farm, Gathering Together Farm, and Pablo Munoz Farms. Everything is harvested at its peak freshness for optimal nutrition.

    Grass-Fed Beef

    We partner with Revel Meat Co. for all of our beef and pork products. All of their ranchers use regenerative grazing techniques to ensure the best possible life for their livestock and the health of our planet.

    Pasture-Raised Poultry

    Our poultry is humanely-raised on regenerative farms and processed at their peak flavor. These healthy, happy birds are always pasture-raised and antibiotic-free. See Champoeg Farms and Totum Farm to learn more about their practices.

    Native-Caught Salmon

    Our fish is always wild-caught and never farm-raised. We buy salmon directly from native fisherfolk who use traditional fishing practices to ensure healthy populations of our sacred keystone species in the PNW.
